For all new clients and for the already existing clients it is ideal if an Outpost24 Outscan® and/or HIAB® license is combined with a Lab106 Managed Services subscription. The client decides how much of the workload of using Outscan® and/or HIAB® he will do himself and how much of the workload will be handled by Lab106 (Managed Service Level Agreement).
The Managed Service Level Agreement will be tailor-made for every client.

The use of Outscan®/HIAB® is optimized within the organizational structure of the client. Together with the client the scope of regular vulnerability scanning will be set up and automated scanning will be put in place. The scan results are distributed in the organization. The client only has to deal with the vulnerability reports of Outscan®/HIAB®:
Report consultancy: The reports generated from Outscan® and/or HIAB® will be carefully interpreted by an Lab106 consultant. Found vulnerabilities will be verified and false positives will be identified. The client can be 'educated' on how risk is discovered.
Vulnerability Alerting: For Outscan® clients it's also possible to receive 'Lab106 Vulnerability Alerts'. A Lab106 consultant will check the technical reports of Outscan® on a regular basis and will alert the client via E-email or SMS in the event a high and/or medium risk is discovered
